Retech Machinery is specialize in plastic washing lines and plastic pelletizing lines. One of our customers from Paragury has bought our RHSJ150-150 model HDPE flakes pelletizing line during Chinaplas2024.

After 2 months production, this line was fully ready to test in July.

The RHSJ model is a universal recycling pelletizing machine which is suitable for processing pre-crushed flakes, heavy rigid regrind scraps such as plastic bottles, pipes, containers, and lumps in the form of granules. 

Applicable materials are mainly HDPE, LDPE, PP, PA, PC, PU, PBU, ABS, and others.

The main function of our RHSJ150-150 Plastic Recycling Pelletizing Line:

(1) Feeding system:

The feeding system is automatic working, operator only need to put the material into the bunker. The conveyor loader will send the flakes to top hopper automatically. 

Inside of top ration hopper,there is a sensor which is to control the feeding volume and time. We can set a time to feeding as per the capacity of the machine.

2. Main extruder/Baby extruder

The flakes fall down to screw to melting and extrusion. In the middle of extruder, it equips with a degassing system, here you can choose the nature degassing or advanced vacuum degassing.

3. Hydrulic filter screen:

We supply different kinds of filter systems, such as piston filter, plate filter,laser filter,etc. This lind equpped with typical plate filter with mutiple-layers filtering. Easy operation with fine filtration.

4. Strand noodle cutting:

You will have 2 options on granules cutting system, 1st is cutting by die face water ring cutting, 2nd is cutitng by strand cutter.

5. Electric control system:

Equipped with latest technology,PLC online tracking is optional. Use world famous brand elements like Simens,Schneider,TECO,etc.
