On 11 Sep 2020, we tested our powerful strong plastic big bag crusher to our domestic customer. It is a big success,customer signed contract with us after testing the machine immediately and push us to finish the machine within 45 days.
This customer is come from a state-owned enterprise,they have many solid waste plastic garbage to process every day. So,they are planning to investing a high performance strong crusher to reduction the big size PP jumbo bags.
The point of the PP jumbo bag is the belt in the middle,it is hard to crush,so our technical team made some changes on blades/rotor. It is more stronger than common crusher.
Customer require the very fine powder which we set the screen hole in only 16mm. After grinding,the big bag turn into small flakes,it is like powder.
